Online Learning Research for the GCC 2013-2014

Nowadays, Online Learning is one of the fastest growing sectors in the education market, worth $4-5 billion a year already and poised for further growth. To investigate the current status of online-Learning adoption in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and further GCC region XpertLearning conducted their annual survey. The survey is one of a few dedicated only to online -Learning, and is conducted through a series of questions asked to a live audience using electronic voting systems. The key objective of the survey was to obtain an overview of companies in the GCC that already use online-Learning platforms and courses and those that were investigating using this learning modality. XpertLearning, as one of the leading content and learning solution providers in the Middle East and brought together the HR and L&D Professionals from over 80 organizations. The Learning Customer Advisory Forum Event, known as Learning CAFE ME was held at Pullman Hotel, Dubai U.A.E. and was the venue of this year’s survey for the second time running. CAFE-ME 2013- Bigger and Better than Ever!
