Dubai Duty Free – Training team spearheaded another walkathon, on 14th & 19th May 2016 in their shop floor, aiming to reach out to all Managers, Supervisors and Category Specialists across all shifts and concourse.
This year’s campaign evolved around “empowering yourself” with the hashtag #empoweryourself. They have reinforced the power of e-learning by introducing all new tablet enabled courses in the catalogue. They have also provided a quick virtual tour on how to navigate these courses using their own ipads & tablets.
The 2 day walkathon was facilitated by the training team and supported by XpertLearning team. In an event to thank Dubai Duty Free, Clayton D’souza, Director – XpertLearning said “ It is always a pleasure participating in the Walkathon even if it meant doing the same thing over and over again. I particularly like meeting and working with the training team and an opportunity to meet with the participants and understand some of their challenges, thank you for choosing us as your eLearning training partner”.
The event was attended by 465 staff across all shifts & concourse and was a big success. XpertLearning would like to congratulate Dubai Duty Free for their efforts and success of this event.
