Scenario Based Learning

We create interactive scenarios to support active learning strategies such as problem-based and behavioural change. A scenario is used to simulate real-world experience and to elicit critical thinking among the learners. The learner will not only be applying their existing knowledge in the scenarios, but they also build on their expertise, thus ensuring information retention. A scenario-based approach works best when it is applied to tasks that require the learner to make decisions and to use critical thinking in complex situations.

In this form of learning, the learner will be placed in a scenario or situation, where they must make the right decision or choose the right action. Based on the selection the learner makes, a detailed feedback/explanation (correct answer) will be provided for the given scenario/situation to reinforce the knowledge.
