People are your most valuable asset! But seriously, they are!!

XpertLearning’s most recent event saw 70 senior executives from some of the region’s largest corporations come together and talk eLearning. Over two days, Dennis Brown, Co-Founder of SkillSoft, talked in emphatic style about why ‘People are your most valuable asset’.

Dennis’s presentation covered topics from ‘The Talent Life Cycle’ to ‘The Stages of Organizational Learning’ and building the ROI (Return On Investment).

John Quinn MD and Presentoligist from Satellite Visual Communication had provided everyone with interactive voting systems so we could take direct feedback from a series of questions and the audience could participate throughout the event, either directly or using text services. We will shortly publish some of the survey findings in the form of a white paper and make this available to you!

“This seminar was highly appreciated and enjoyed by my colleague and I. The format clearly worked and the objective was achieved. CEOs talking about the role of learning within their organization,” Elke Willaert, DHL

“Thank you for the invite and the outstanding organization. Some slides were eye opener indeed and I will share some with my L&D team”, Melkart Rouhana, Emaar Hospitality Group.

“For the first time XpertLearning had gathered senior executives to engage in a discussion based around Learning initiatives as a business value, I believe the outcome was that these senior executives concur that people are their most valuable asset and investment in them will yield dividends”, Paul Gledhill, Co-Founder and Executive Director, XpertLearning.
