XpertLearning has always been committed to working with our employees, the workplace, our marketplace, the community and most importantly the environment. We are a GREEN company.

Here are some highlights of our endeavors:

Xpert-Runs

Still running still learning…..XpertLearning pays for staff to run in the annual Standard Chartered marathon 10k or 3k fun race or any alternative running event throughout the year. If they run for a specific charity we highlight and recognize this through our online media.

Xpert-Cares

XpertLearning allow 2 days per annum for each member of staff to perform community work of their choice.

Wellbeing Essential

Is an online books reference ware which is given to all members of staff to avail a healthy work life balance.

Xpert-Donations

Software hardware and support are donated on an annual opportunities basis. This year we donated a learning software platform to the Dubai Special Needs Centre.

Xpert-Environment

It is our intention to educate our team on the importance to reduce the use of office energy lights, AC etc., re-use paper for printing of which very little is done as we strive to use software for all of our business in aim of a totally ‘paperless office’. We intend to address all of our suppliers to ensure a selection criteria meets our sustainable recycling philosophy.

Xpert-Dragon boat race

XpertLearning participates in the annual dragon boat race to encourage fun and fitness.

We engage our customers in our paperless learning environments to encourage the awareness of their own carbon footprints.

We are working with the Centre for responsible business part of the Dubai Chamber to build a sustainable framework for our own business responsibility.

XpertLearning holds a curriculum of learning based on CSR and will look to how we can use this for educational purposes through donations of this content. We encourage suggestions from the community with regards to our CSR so please feel free to contact us: enquiries@xpertlearning.com
